Terms, cancellation & house rules

1. Who we are

P Square Studio is a studio room available to hire by the hour at 406, Dev Plaza, SV Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058. These terms apply to every booking made through this website or by message.

2. Booking and prices

• The studio is open 24 hours a day, every day.
• Day rate: ₹500 per hour between 9 AM to 9 PM. Night rate: ₹600 per hour between 9 PM to 9 AM.
• Prices are charged for each clock hour. A booking that crosses a change of rate is charged at each rate. The exact total is shown before you pay.
• The minimum booking is 1 hour. Online bookings can be up to 8 hours. For longer bookings, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77000 37468.
• You can book up to 30 days ahead and need to give at least 1 hour's notice.
• The prices shown are the prices you pay. No additional taxes or fees are added at checkout.

3. Payment

• Bookings of up to 3 hours are paid in full when you book. For 4 hours or more we take a 50% advance, and the balance is due on arrival.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card details.
• Your slot is held for 10 minutes while you pay. A booking is confirmed only once your payment is received, and we then send a confirmation on WhatsApp.
• If your payment reaches us after your hold has ended and the slot has been taken by someone else, we refund you in full automatically.

4. Cancellation and refunds

One free reschedule if you ask more than 24 hours ahead. Message us on WhatsApp. To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77000 37468 with your confirmation number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 7 working days.

If we have to cancel your booking (for example because of a power failure or an emergency), we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

5. House rules

• No outdoor footwear on the floor.
• No food or drink except water.
• No smoking.
• Nothing adhesive or nailed to the walls.
• Damage is charged at cost.
• Please vacate on time. Overstay is billed per 30 minutes.
• Keep music at a neighbourly volume, especially late at night.

6. Using the studio

• Your booking covers the time shown on your confirmation, including setting up and packing up. Please vacate on time. Time beyond your booking is billed per 30 minutes.
• You are responsible for any damage to the room or its fittings caused by you or your group. Damage is charged at cost.
• Please look after your own belongings. We are not responsible for items left in the studio.
• Take part in activities at your own risk and use the space safely and considerately, including towards neighbours in the building.
• We may end a session without refund if these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
